An Adopt-a-Plant Program
Last Friday, our school’'s Eco-Club kicked offits “Adopt-a-Plant" program to welcome spring and raise environmental awareness.
During lunch, students gathered in the courtyard where 200 potted plants -including moss, herbs, and flowering varieties-were displayed. Eager participants selected their plants andreceived care tips, while teachers hosted a gardening workshop on nurturing basics like soil prep andseasonal care.
The initiative blended learning with hands-on experience, earning praise from staff and studentsalike. Many participants declared, “It's not just a plant; it's a responsibility!"
This enthusiasms hows that the program is already planting seeds of eco-consciousness across campus.
